2. I do intervals for 15 minutes a day, 3 days each week. Intervals are great, and they leave you feeling like you have basically done a bit of work! They involve going hard for a set time ( sometimes on a treadmill or even jumping rope in your living room – see my site for more concepts ), then slowing down for a set time, enough to get your breath back. Repeat for 15 mins.
