		<description><![CDATA[When I hear the term "weight loss" or "diet" the first thing that I think of is, the old style of dieting from a sitcom re-run. First you cut back your eating habits, eat something like rice cakes and swallow air to feel full. Or maybe the diet plan gives you something that looks and tastes like wood bark. In both methods not many people that I know of will actually stay with the program. I could probably handle about 3-9 days before I cheat then I am back where I started before I even lost weight.]]></description>
