Try eating fruit or a low-sugar dessert instead of the regular sugar-laden desserts and go for desserts sweetened with natural stevia as an alternative. Try to drink water rather than diet sodas that may be full of artificial sweeteners, for flavoured drinks, look for the stevia sweetened options now available.
