Mmmm, the chocolate or the celery?

I have come to the conclusion that losing weight is analogous to golf, everyone has an opinion and can teach you the easiest way to swing the club excellent but very few are truly any good at it!

The choice to get rid of some weight is a really personal and challenging decision. Where once there had been a 6 pack, now there is a keg. What had previously been firm is now fat.

Diabetes: Keeping Control Of This Current Epidemic Won’t Be Simple

Diabetes is a problem that has reached epidemic proportions in the US and if it affects a person it will result in ruining the body and the persons health.
